North America Nebula and Comet!

Present: A lot of MAS Members

This night is one of the few MAS open houses! I would say at least 150 people showed up in excess of the members
themselves. I was busy learning G-scope and F-scope, but I also presented a bit of each of the prior. You may be wondering, but what observations are there? Well, I set up my Seestar and was controlling it the entire time to try and get some different pictures. None of them are overly special, but it was fun either way!
This is the same comet as I commented on last time. The only difference is that I finally got a picture using my Seestar. Another note is that this picture was stacked using 30-second exposures instead of the usual 10-second exposures. I did have issues with photos not stacking because of star streaks. Hence, I switched to 10-second exposures for the rest of the night.
The North America Nebula was only about 50 degrees away from the moon that night if that. Hence, the picture doesn't look bright even though the exposure was an hour long. This is a lesson on the lunar menace. If it is a full moon, you will not win!
I tried to capture the Heart Nebula since it was farther away from the moon, but the Seestar was already low on battery since I was running the dew heater all night. Considering the difference in exposure times, I would say it turned out quite well.
This is the same picture of Triangulum I showed a couple of observations ago. The difference is that I took time to edit it in ON1.
